The garden
A privat and sunny area in the garden for the guests who want to barbecue or to relax with a good book and a glass of wine is under reconstruction. It will hopefully be ready in the end of June. 
In the basement there are acess to cold and hot water, tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator.
There is a possibility to use the washing machine.

Hvasser is marked with number 17.

By car:
The distance between Tønsberg and Hvasser is 25 km. Follow road 308 from Tønsberg direction Tjøme and Hvasser. After passing the church at Hvasser you`ll soon find Hvasserveien 211 at the left hand.

By bus from Tønsberg:
The busride from Tønsberg till Hvasser takes 45 minutes.

There is an hourly bus service from Oslo to Tjøme with Timesekspressen.  Then the local bus to Hvasser.

From Torp airport:

From Torp it is a 20 minutes journey by train to Tønsberg. Then localbus to Hvasser. The busride from Tønsberg till Hvasser takes 45 minutes.

Prices
Rate for the dobuble room is 800 norwegian kroner per night including breakfast. The single occupancy rate is 400 norwegian kroner per night.

The rooms
There are one dobbel room and one singel room at the first floor. Bathroom is in the next room. Separate toilet on the ground floor.

Færder lighthouse
Hvasser is a populated island and a village in Tjøme municipality,  connected to the mainland and the city of  Tønsberg via the islands Brøtsø, Tjøme and Nøtterøy.
It is  an area of outstanding natural beauty with lovely walks all round.
Hvasser is a well known holiday paradise where one can experience good bathing and fishing possibilities during the summer´s long and sunny days.


There are numerous footpaths  giving access to interesting fauna and flora.


The beach at Lilleskagen about 15 minutes walk from the house.



It is only a few minutes walk to the harbour with a few shops, a fish quay with sale of fish, restaurants and galleries.
South of Hvasser there are good rambling and bathing possibilities. On the northern part of the island is the well known bathing beach, Lilleskagen.
